23 August 2025The delivery was on time and I got an email when it was delivered. But it was not even close to the picture I ordered, the used completely different and in different color. My friends had a baby girl and I picked a vase with light pink and white flowers, but what they received was maroon and dark purple. Also they have three options in the website standard, deluxe and premium, I chose premium and paid top dollar to make sure it is perfect and even left a tip on top, but what they received has way less density of flowers than the pictures. Honestly I paid $75 ($110 with delivery and tip!) but what I got is at best what I can get from safeway for $17.99 with three extra miniature anthurium. And BTW no orchids like the pictures at all. Also there were a total two roses in it, purple again, and both were not fresh unfortunately, but the rest of flowers looked fresh.
